How can I schedule a showroom visit or in-office product presentation?
Please reach out to your salesperson in order to arrange an appointment. To connect with a salesperson, please email sales@workshop-collection.com and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I order material samples?
We offer samples on loan without fee to our clients – please reach out to your salesperson for them. We request that you send back samples that you are not using, and that all samples are returned once your project has completed.
Does Workshop Collection offer customization?
We offer a limited amount of customization for our Signature offering- customization options are dependent on the item selected. Our Bespoke pieces offer a tremendous amount of customization- please reach out for clarification on both.
Does my COM or COL need approval?
Yes. For COM/COL approvals, we will need your completed COM form and a sample of the fabric or leather selected. This process typically takes less than a week from receipt.
Can you rush my order?
At times we are able to accommodate a rush order, but this is dependent on a number of factors. Please reach out to your salesperson about rush availability and any applicable fees.
How are taxes, duties, and fees calculated? What if I am tax exempt?
Sales tax is dependent on the shipping address, as well as the locations where Workshop Collection is authorized to collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt, we will need a copy of your tax paperwork, including a completed ST-120, a resale certificate, or your tax ID.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes specific to the country where items are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, to be paid upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges, as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.
We are required by law to list the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein directly on the package. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees.
How long will my order take to complete?
The lead time for each furnishing is detailed on the item’s product page. If you have concerns about specific lead times, please reach out to our team to discuss.
What is your return policy?

Shipping

How is shipping calculated?
All shipping costs are estimated until 30 days before order completion. At this point, shipping will be requoted as actual. This amount is due in full before an order can leave the workshop.
I ordered multiple items, how will my order ship?
Items typically ship as soon as they are completed and final payment has been received. If you would like to receive a consolidated shipment, please reach out to your salesperson.

Payment

When do I pay for my order?
Payment is dependent on whether an order is in stock or made-to-order. In stock items must be paid in full prior to shipping. Made- to-order items are subject to a 50% deposit and 50% final payment upon completion. All purchases must be paid in full before shipping.
Do you accept Wire Transfer or ACH payments? Do you accept credit cards or checks?
Yes, please confirm payment preferences with your sales representative, and we will send you a secure payment link in your invoice or instructions for sending a check. If you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, a processing fee will be applied to your invoice.
